About HRaizon

Hiring software can shape what a recruiter finds, which applications advance, and how an interview or assessment is evaluated. But storage, keyword search, knockout questions, automated rankings, and AI-assisted recommendations are different mechanisms—and public evidence does not support treating every application or employer as though it uses the same one.

HRaizon exists to make those distinctions usable. We explain how automated screening works, what interview tools may score, where unequal outcomes can enter, and what current hiring rules actually require. Time-sensitive claims are checked against dated sources, and unresolved questions stay unresolved.

We write for two readers at once: the candidate trying to get past the screen, and the recruiter or HR lead trying to use these tools without breaking the law or their own hiring quality. Those goals overlap more than you’d think.

HRaizon sells nothing and ranks no vendors. We don’t take affiliate fees from the ATS and interview platforms we describe. When we name a tool, it’s because it illustrates how a category works — not because anyone paid to be there.
