About HRaizon
Most job applications are now read by software before a person ever sees them. Most large employers run some form of AI over resumes, interviews, or both. And most candidates have no idea what those systems actually measure.
HRaizon exists to close that gap. We explain — in plain language, with real numbers — how AI screens resumes, what video-interview tools score, where automated hiring goes wrong, and what the growing pile of hiring laws actually requires. No hype about robots taking over recruiting, and no fear-mongering either. Just how the machinery works and what it means for the person on either side of it.
We write for two readers at once: the candidate trying to get past the screen, and the recruiter or HR lead trying to use these tools without breaking the law or their own hiring quality. Those goals overlap more than you’d think.
HRaizon sells nothing and ranks no vendors. We don’t take affiliate fees from the ATS and interview platforms we describe. When we name a tool, it’s because it illustrates how a category works — not because anyone paid to be there.
